Package: linux-image-3.6.11+
Version: 3.6.11+
Severity: normal

Hi,

I built two multiwan debian routers with identical configuration.
The first one runs Debian 7.1 (kernel 3.2.0-4-686-pae) and the second one is
runs Raspbian 2013-09-10 (armv6l, kernel 3.6.11+ #538 PREEMPT).

The second router (armv6l) provokes connection breaks when used in a multiwan
configuration. My conf was fine with the first router.
Ping is ok but I cannot establish proper http connections from other computers
within the network.
When the router uses a single route, everything works well.

I build a multiwan route with:
ip route add default scope global nexthop via gateway1_ip dev eth0 weight 1
nexthop via gateway2_ip dev eth0:0 weight 1 nexthop via gateway3_ip dev eth0:1
weight 1

I build a single route with:
ip route add 0.0.0.0/0 via gateway1_ip dev eth0

My problem may be related to the arm version of the 3.6 kernel or iptables.
I tried to tune /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/*/rp_filter unsuccessfully.

Thank you.

Hi,

if it is a problem with the Raspbian kernel, but worked with the Debian
kernel, you might want to report the bug to Raspbian, not Debian.

Please also include the actual version of the package and file bugs
against existing packages (there's no "linux-image-3.6.11+" package in
Debian).

Ansgar
