Oh well, I failed build since I was missing build-depends package for
clean target under a simple pbuilder set-up.
So I also confirmed this package build OK with the latest amd64 system
as Yao told me privately.
I am closing this bug with attached successful build log under sid.
Let us upload new -2 package soon.
gcin (2.8.1+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low
* multiarch libraries for GTK+2 and GTK+3, closes: #693052
* update debian helper compat to 9
