Please drop the hwinfo dependency, goto-common does not use it
anywhere. goto-common is one of the few remaining packages that depend
on it, but its orphaned, still uses the loooong-deprecated and broken
hal (#613184) and there are better alternatives today, thus it ought
to be removed at some point.
