Spamassassin is supposed to automagically find dcc and execute it if
present. It does so, but uses the dccproc program instead of the
dccifd socket.
Sorry this isn't in patch format.
dcc_home needs to be initialized, or you can choose to set dcc_ifd_path
instead.

DCC is disabled by default in 3.1.0, so this problem is no longer an
issue. Users have to manually enable DCC, and should read the
documentation in doing so.
