Package: console-tools
Version: 1:0.2.3-14
Severity: wishlist

... as it tries to use several files that could be something else than
fonts, like default.gz

Looking for fonts in the current directory is ok when the filename is
actually specified on the command line by the user; looking for
>20 files first in the current directory and then in a bunch of others
when the user does "consolechars -d" (or a program does that on users'
behalf - cmatrix does that) is kinda bad.

Instead it should be kludged to use the default font in
/etc/console-tools/config (then that config file could have a fixed
path to prevent things from getting "mixed up";)
