Enabling PulseAudio at build time (--enable-pulse) prevents to
configure XBMC with Alsa. This is unfortunate as we can't choose
anymore which method to use at runtime. I think PulseAudio should not
be enabled because it does not cover some important use cases for XBMC
users, like making passthrough work.
