drizzle can't be built on Alpha (and most other Linux ports at debian-ports)
due to an unsatisfiable systemtap-sdt-dev build-dependency. I see that
systemtap-sdt-dev is not required on all the release arches and ask that
alpha also be excluded from requiring systemtap-sdt-dev in the source
build-deps in debian/control.
