It would be nice to have a search plugin for Debian in our version of
Mozilla. That plugin could be used to for an example to interact with
the Debian BTS directly from the URLbar. It shouldn't be that hard to
implent either; there's documentation at http://sherlock.mozdev.org/.
One could also probably use the Mozilla bugzilla or google search plugins
as base for our plugin. These can be found in the mozilla tree in the
directory: mozilla/xpfe/components/search/datasets/.
A start for our plugin could probably look something like:
