Justification: causes serious data loss
I cannot describe the problem very well, emacs just freezes: even its
windows are not redrawn any longer. The only way out it SIGKILL, which, of
course, causes unrecoverable data loss (hence the severity level).
I have only tested this to occur under X 4.3, fluxbox and nvidia's driver
(as packaged by debian). Also, this *seems* only to happen, when the CPU
load is high. I have had this happen several times now, and I *think* on
every occassion, there has been a niced process hogging up all the CPU.
