Sgml-mode has the ability of converting any character into a SGML entity. This
feature asks the user to "Enter char or octal number," but here where emacs20
used to accept composed characters, emacs21 spits out the following error
message:
call-interactively: Args out of range: [nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil nil
...], 2273
I'm using the default input method, and this feature works correctly for simple
characters like letters, numbers, quotes , etc.
