if using a redirect from http to https with url parameters like this link:

the result is
https://targethost/info?apple%3dgreen&amount%3d15

and makes pound unusable.

I assume the problem is the xss-redirect patch, but i do not speak c.
I compiled and tested with the (actual) original sources - its working.
