Your debconf note is rather useless and should be changed to an item in the
NEWS.Debian file. According to the changelog, the change it refers to was
made on 26 Aug 2001. Is it really reasonnable to keep displaying this notice
on new installation nowadays?
Please refer to /usr/share/doc/xserver-xfree86/NEWS.Debian.gz for an example.
