I was looking for information about port ranges in the rtpproxy manpage and 
found
none, so I pulled the source of the package with 'apt-get source' and grepped 
around.

I was a bit surprised to find that there was a newer version of the manpage 
included
in the source tree that, among other things, documents options about port 
ranges.

I suggest you drop the obsolete manpage and ship the included one. The patch 
below
results in a package with the correct manpage.
