Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I have the problem:

$ chromium

[4148:4156:784576680:ERROR:object_proxy.cc(239)] Failed to call method:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files
[4148:4148:784583350:ERROR:process_singleton_linux.cc(270)] Failed to create
/home/evgeny/.config/chromium/SingletonLock: Permission denied
[4148:4148:784583421:ERROR:chrome_browser_main.cc(1543)] Failed to create a
ProcessSingleton for your profile directory. This means that running multiple
instances would start multiple browser processes rather than opening a new
window in the existing process. Aborting now to avoid profile corruption.

It exits and no fun.

I have tried to submit my bug report to google - but saw no way
to do so - the web page the bug report pager refers to - simply
gave me info about their hosting.

Thanks for your work.
