Hi.

When asked to Quit, right after being started (from the command-line, and
having displayed the Google plus login page), it won't actually die. The window
is closed, but there is still in the background :
$ ps -edf f | grep chromium
olivier 10343 7363 2 14:49 pts/0 SLl+ 0:04 | | | \_
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium --password-store=detect
olivier 10346 10343 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 | | |
\_ /usr/lib/chromium/chromium --password-store=detect
olivier 10347 10343 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 | | |
\_ /usr/lib/chromium/chromium-sandbox /usr/lib/chromium/chromium --type=zygote
olivier 10348 10347 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 | | |
    \_ /usr/lib/chromium/chromium --type=zygote
olivier 10353 10348 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 | | |
        \_ /usr/lib/chromium/chromium --type=zygote

After a C-c :

$ ps -edf f | grep chromium
olivier 10343 7363 1 14:49 pts/0 SLl+ 0:04 | | | \_
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium --password-store=detect
olivier 10346 10343 0 14:49 pts/0 Z+ 0:00 | | |
\_ [chromium] <defunct>
olivier 10348 1 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 /usr/lib/chromium/chromium
--type=zygote
olivier 10353 10348 0 14:49 pts/0 S+ 0:00 \_
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium --type=zygote

A second C-c seems to kill it properly.

If a C-c is not issued, and another chromium is started from another shell, it
will display :
Your profile could not be opened correctly.

Some features may be unavailable. Please check that the profile exists and
you have permission to read and write its contents.
and the stdout explains:
[11320:11337:0312/145504:ERROR:error_delegate_util.h(27)] sqlite error 5, errno
0: database is locked
[11320:11337:0312/145504:ERROR:error_delegate_util.h(27)] sqlite error 5, errno
0: database is locked
[11320:11337:0312/145504:ERROR:web_data_service.cc(668)] Cannot initialize the
web database: 1

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

CTRL-C with the latest releases seems to kill chromium effectively.
Please reopen if you find otherwise.
