I think this is almost the same problem that Jacob Lee
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=3D318990) had
reported.

I'm having problems when installing libgeos or gdal-bin. Both
libraries are normally used together. However, when trying to install
one, the another is uninstalled. I think this happen because both
libraries uses testing versions, who didn't work, because it needs the
libgeos2c2 and libxerces26c2, who conflicts with libgeos2 and
libxerces26.
