Hello.
First of all, thanks for maintaining stockfish in Debian!
I noticed that the provided Polyglot initialization file
/usr/share/doc/stockfish/polyglot.ini
needs a couple of fixes, before it is usable out of the box.
First of all, it should refer to /usr/games/stockfish, rather than
to ./stockfish, since the executable is installed to /usr/games .
Moreover, I think it should set 0 as the number of threads, so that
stockfish autodetects the number of cores/CPUs and sets the number of
threads accordingly.
The attached patch makes the above described changes.
Please consider applying it as a Debian-specific patch.
