I've got an ipod shuffle 2GB unit that rhythmbox used to work with ok.
After an update the ipod is still detected but shows no songs in it.
If I try to see the properties of the ipod, rhythmbox crashes. You see
this with right clicking on the ipod icon on the left hand panel and
selecting properties.
Ah, gtkpod complains but doesn't crash. It says iTunesStats is smaller
than expected. renaming this file makes gtkpod and rhythmbox work
properly now.
