Quoting from update-exim4.conf.conf(5): dc_other_hostnames is used to build the local_domains list, together with “local‐ host”. This is the list of domains for which this machine should consider itself the final destination. The local_domains list ends up in the macro MAIN_LOCAL_DOMAINS. You are entering IP-Addresses where a List of hostnames is expected. Btw, lists are semicolon separated. That's also documented in update-exim4.conf.conf(5) Additionally, your update-exim4.conf.conf attached to the bug report shows something completely different. > Exim4 fail to send messages. No log entries, again? Please google for "how to ask smart questions" and somebody _might_ be able to help you. Closing this bug report. I can't make any sense from it.
