I get the same result when using wget, gnutls-cli and openssl s_client, so I'd
say it's either a bug in both openssl and gnutls, or there is something wrong
with the server's TLS implementation (I've seen plenty, particularly from
Windows servers).
In any case it's not a curl bug and there's nothing I can do about it (except
suggest to use the "-3" option which you already know about).
