link (as in "You can link to the most recent page in the archives for
this list") does not work)

https://lists.debian.org/debconf14-team/2014/04/ which is 404, even
though there have been mails this month:

This is fixed now; the rewrite rules weren't updated for the debconf
mailing lists.
