elfutils fails a couple of tests on arm64, due to missing backend
aarch64 implmentation. (I't done upstream on 0.158).
However this doesn't actually matter for bootstrapping purposes and
the package remains very useful as a dependency, so this fix is a good
one to use until 0.158 is uploaded.
I'm happy to NMU this if that's OK with you.
Is anything blocking an update to 0.158?
