Please consider adding support for default valac which is currently
0.24. (This probably means picking a more recent upstream git snapshot.)
While at it, please drop support for old valac 0.20 and 0.22 since
these are being prepared for removal and valadoc is one of the last
users of these old versions.
(Supporting valac 0.16 might still be useful since that one will be
a bit harder to get removed from the archive.)
