when running sisu-pdf with --no-manifest, the output (pdf) still
contains the sisu manifest at the end of the document.

(in sisu 5.3.5 not in Debian but)
these changes included in 5.3.6-1
now in unstable
v5 v6: metadata, pdf, remove link to manifest page where --no-manifest
is used
