When run pm-powersave true first set on /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/* files
first argument "true" but after last script executed continue to execute from
begining on first argument to "false"
and final result is pm-powersave false .

That just means something was running pm-powersave false, most likely
you were switching from battery to AC.
