xbanner 1.31-24 introduces a dependency on x-window-system. I do have X
installed, but not the metapackage x-window-system; thus, to upgrade xbanner
to 1.31-24 I must install x-window-system and a bunch of other packages which
x-window-system, in turn, depends on but I don't want.
Please target this dependency more appropriately.
