Please, remove all the main/o/octave2.9/octave_2.9.4-1_<arch>.deb from
the pool. This is the result of the wrong upload of octave2.9_2.9.4-1.
Version 2.9.4-2 is already in unstable and the package octave_2.9.4-1 is
now a dangling package, without any source package associated to it.

The correct version of the virtual octave package should be 2.1.*,
because this is the recommended version of Octave. Version 2.9.4-1
should not enter testing in any case. For the context of the problem,
please see Bug#339430.

That's correct, as 2.9.4-1 is newer than 2.1.72-6. You cannot upload an
older version, as the user won't be upgraded to the "new" version.

If you want to revert the package to an earlier version, you'll need to use
an epoch.
