Hello Stephen,
mingw does not provide strtok_r which is useful now that mingw support POSIX
threads.
Also /usr/share/mingw-w64/include/pthread.h includes the following definition
which is not reentrant:
#define strtok_r(__s, __sep, __last) (*(__last) = strtok((__s), (__sep)))
so I am not sure what it is good for.
