Some programs like to see a uname release of 2.6.x, and won't run
on Linux 3.x. As a workaround, Linux 3.0.4 and 3.1 add the UNAME26
personality flag which causes the release string to be adjusted
accordingly.
I added support for this in setarch, which has just been applied
upstream.
