Please build librelp against libgnutls28-dev instead of libgnutls-dev, the
older GnuTLS version should not be part of jessie.
I will submit a separate basically identical bug report against
rsyslog, which is librelp's only reverse dependency. Testbuilds of
librelp and rsyslog succeeded.
