Version: 0.3-1

The Netfilter project released nftables 0.3, which includes a fix for
this bug, in the commit:
netlink: fix crash if kernel doesn't support nfnetlink / nf_tables [0]

I forgot to mention in the changelog of the 0.3-1 package, so I'm
closing this bug manually.

Thanks, regards.
