/etc/dnssec-trigger/dnssec-trigger.conf contains a header which includes
a version number. That is bad for a conffile, as that means it triggers
a dialogue at each and every upstream version bump, not only when actual
changes to the config file occurs, when edited locally.
Please strip the version number from the conffile.
