Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

The problem is that in line 1069 of /usr/sbin/rinse timeout of 10 is hardcoded,
which is causing the problem when contacted server DNS and ARP are not cached
by server, where rins is run.
I've changed this timeout to 50, this have no significant impact on situations
when timeout should really happend (50ms?) and solves the problem for real
situations.
