maybe you could build a myspell-cs package from ispell-czech?
You need to convert the ispell affix file into one for myspell.
agmartin's ispellaff2myspell may be a safe bet for using
(included in libmyspell-dev (>=3D 1:3.1-5) - see the manpage).
Creating a myspell .dic file does not seem to be very hard; maybe you
could (more or less) follow the way agmartin does it for espa-nol
(myspell-es):
