Package: powermgmt-base
Version: 1.21
Severity: whishlist
The package is only orientated towards APM and it is not very usefull on
non-intel architectures. To change this the Power Management Control Scripts,
currently part of the pbbuttonsd package, should be added to this package.
This scripts are architecture and power management daemon independent.
A code snapshot is attached to this mail. The scripts should be placed
in /etc/power/ as shown in the tar-archive.
Best Regards
Matthias

Other packages took this rolesince then, powermgmt-base nowadays is
a deprecated package with almost no functionality left.
