Inkscape FTBFS on alpha during linking with GPREL errors. It needs to be
linked with the -Wl,--no-relax option however an error in debian/rules
meant this did not happen.
The line:
export DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND := $(ALPHA_LDLAGS)
in debian/rules is missing the 'F' in 'ALPHA_LDFLAGS'.
