2) Go to "Execute SQL" tab and type any SQL statement, for example "SELECT *

I can no longer reproduce this bug in version 3.2.0-1, it doesn't allow
executing statements without a database defined.

Please reopen this bug new steps to reproduce if you can still find the
bug in the latest version.
