Package: automake1.9
Version: 1.9.5-1
Severity: wishlist
Tags: upstream

Please add support for pretty-running make as it is done for the Linux
kernel 2.6. It helps a lot to reduce cruft and call attention to warnings,
especially for builts like the ones done by automake when dependency
tracking is enabled.

The tags used for pretty-printing should be somehow configurable, with good
defaults for the supported languages and compilers/preprocessors.
