 - You are breaking packages, without giving any information
   in advance. See #752579.

 - Using clear names and nick names in the same changelog entry
   looks to me that you are biased ...

 - You are lying about "never actually explained".  And by this
   time, the Python policy was updated to mention the preferred
   use of Python 3.

 - Ben Longbons doesn't mention any packages where pretty
   printers are broken.  I'm re-opening the issue so that
   this can be properly tracked and fixed.

In the mean time I'll add a Breaks to the gdb version which is built again using
python2.
