Hi,
as explained on IRC, I don't think it's reasonable to push a ruby
interpreter to every users which have the lib installed, just because
it's brought by some dependency.
I know there might not be other easy solutions, but please revisit this
decision.
Also, just to document it on the BTS, circular dependency (ruby needs
libruby) is usually to be avoided.
