Hi,
winff already supports avconv as an alternative for ffmpeg. With the recent
upload
to sid libav no longer builds the ffmpeg package, so the alternative depends in
winff can be dropped now.

Although it won't migrate to testing until after release of jessie,
ffmpeg now is available in Debian again. So this bug can be closed.
