Package: vorbis-tools
Version: 1.0.0-2
Severity: minor
Playing a directory (instead of the files contained) is always
playing the file in shuffled order -- except it's the same order
every time I invoke the program. This must be because of the
filesystem, but I do believe that ogg123 should do a hierarchical
sort and then possibly enable shuffle mode to do real shuffling.

Hi all!
This feature has been implemented in the upstream revision r16953 [1]
and has made it into the 1.4.0 release - and therefore into Debian from
1.4.0-1 on. I just checked and it does indeed sort the files in a
directory that is given as playlist.
Cheers,
Martin
