Dear Maintainer,

When trying to install new mods, going to the "Mods" tab has an "Online mod
repository" button. That should present a list of mods available for download
and installation.

Instead, the application crashes silently.

When run from command line with --trace, the following additional information
is shown:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'LuaError'
  what():  C++ exception
Abandon

Running with gdb brings this trace information:

Program received signal SIGABRT, Aborted.
