the wrapper script does not pass through options to scummvm. How
about taking everything after -- and passing it through to scummvm?

Hello,
Like said Markus Koschany you can use ALT+Enter ingame for
switch to fullscreen.
You can also start ScummVM independently and activate its
fullscreen option. From that moment, all games launched with
ScummVM will be full screen by default.
