Package: survex-aven
Version: 1.2.16-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Opening a 3d file either buy double clicking form File Manger or in a terminial
using aven *******.3d

Brings up the aven window, with the lefthand station list populated but
colapsed, but the viewing window is gray and there is no interation with
anything in the window, you have to force close to stop.

Opening aven then using the file-open, shows the 3d file, however, again no
controls or interaction at all, again force close in needed to exit
