Hello,

centerim links against -lgnutls-extra. Gnutls-extra has been tiny
since 2.4.0 (when the OpenPGP functions moved to the main library) and
has therefore been dropped completely in 3.x. This cause centerim to
FTBFS against GnuTLS v3 (libgnutls28-dev):

checking for gnutls_global_init_extra in -lgnutls-extra... no
configure: error: Could not find gnutls-extra. Stopping.
