Hi Alexey,
James Page and myself have taken over the maintenance of rabbitmq-server
in Debian.
Realistically, having this bug open will not make the backport work
happen, and as we're closing to have Jessie release, it makes less sense
to do that work. Note also that it is not mandatory that the package
maintainers also take care of the backports, it could be anyone else,
and for the moment, I don't think James Page is interested in doing the
work (and I'm not myself).
So I'm closing this wishlist bug in order to keep a manageable bug count
in the Debian bug tracker for the OpenStack packaging group.
