Hi!

I would like to be able to specify "new playlist file permissions" in the
config file so generated playlists can be group-writable.

As of now, the umask is set to 0022 in /etc/init.d/mpd, which is ok with
regards to the database-file, but too restrictive for playlists, IMO.

Feel free to pass this along upsteam (or let me know if I should file an
upstream wishlist bug directly instead ;-)

Cheers,
Jakob
