Hi,
when using webalizer to report squid statistics, with squid native log,
webalizer fails to report records is locales is set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Workaround: setting locales to en_US.

The webalizer requires the date field to be confirmant to RFC
specs.You can change that in apache, but it breaks RFC conformance.
