Package: dbus
Version: 1.8.0-2
Severity: wishlist

Please run dbus.service after rsyslog.service because lightdm and others
remain wo dbus support durring boot.
lightdm,gdm3 have old style init and can't be positioned from systemd.
Here is the modification:
$ cat /lib/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/dbus.service
[Unit]
Description=D-Bus System Message Bus
Requires=dbus.socket
After=rsyslog.service

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/bin/dbus-daemon --system --address=systemd: --nofork --nopidfile
--systemd-activation
ExecReload=/usr/bin/dbus-send --print-reply --system --type=method_call
--dest=org.freedesktop.DBus / org.freedesktop.DBus.ReloadConfig
